IFTEKHAR HOSSAIN gave intentional wrong advice and applied FLR application to get my student visa extension rejected
My experience with Iftekhars Hossain was stressful and disappointing. Initially, I felt encouraged to trust him, but over time I became increasingly concerned about the advice given, the handling of my case, and especially the lack of transparency around fees.
I was charged £850 for a PSW-related application, which I later learned was significantly higher than fees charged by other solicitors and even some barristers. Over the course of my engagement, I spent around £4,000 more on consultations and related matters, without clear explanations for why costs kept increasing or what additional work justified those charges. He aso made his father in law from saudia arabia to give me a offer to get uk greencard and that was illegal from his side asked for 4000£ in exchange and he repeatedly pushed me for cash money and was extremely forceful and was overcharging me and calling me from different numbers and asking for more money i avoided him and at last he was alsways threatning me for more money .
I also felt uncomfortable with repeated pressure regarding payments, including suggestions of cash payments, which I did not agree to. Additionally, I was asked to attend in-person meetings that could reasonably have been handled online, adding unnecessary time and expense.
When my visa application was refused, despite following all instructions and only attending biometrics, I felt unfairly blamed, which was extremely distressing.
I cannot comment on other staff at the firm, but based on my experience, I strongly advise others to carefully compare options, insist on clear written fee structures, and ensure all payments are made through official, traceable channels.
This review reflects my personal experience and opinion. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR VISA AND LEGAL STAY IN THE UK. Please i beg everyone
